The Homebuyer Rewards Program
Buy a home. Get Rewarded!
If eligible, receive 25% of the commission actually received by the participating brokerage—up to $20,000—applied first as a disclosed credit toward eligible closing costs, prepaid items, or other amounts permitted by the lender and settlement agent. If the approved reward exceeds the amount permitted at closing, any remaining amount may be paid after closing only when permitted by applicable law, lender and investor requirements, settlement procedures, brokerage policy, and the written program terms. Any amount that cannot legally or contractually be delivered may be reduced or unavailable. Start by sending us the property you are considering.

Your choice of representation has financial value.
Homebuyers often focus on price, rate, and closing costs without seeing how the compensation connected to their real estate representation may affect the transaction. The Homebuyer Rewards Program makes the offer more transparent: when the purchase qualifies, a portion of the participating brokerage’s earned commission is returned to the buyer.
The program does not replace competent representation. It is designed to pair a clear consumer benefit with an agent who is expected to protect the buyer’s interests, communicate consistently, and help manage the transaction from the first showing through closing.
What you can expect
- A property-specific review instead of a misleading instant estimate
- Clear disclosure that compensation and rewards are transaction-dependent
- Practical calculators that explain their assumptions
- No requirement to search for homes on this website
- Privacy-conscious forms and direct access to the program team
Common questions
Know the important details before you begin.
How is the reward calculated?
The potential reward is 25% of the commission actually received by the participating brokerage, subject to a maximum of $20,000 and all program, legal, lender, brokerage, and transaction requirements.
Why can’t the website show my exact reward instantly?
The buyer usually does not know the participating brokerage’s final compensation, and that compensation can differ by property and transaction. A property-specific review is more accurate than assuming a standard commission.
Can I use the program after I already hired an agent?
Possibly not. Existing agency relationships and written buyer agreements must be respected. Submit the property and disclose your current representation status so the situation can be reviewed before any introduction is made.
Is the reward guaranteed?
No. Eligibility, amount, availability, and payment method depend on the property, market, compensation actually received, brokerage approval, state law, lender and settlement requirements, and successful closing.
