A clear buyer offer backed by professional representation
The Homebuyer Rewards Program is designed to generate and qualify consumer interest around a simple proposition: eligible buyers may receive part of the participating brokerage’s earned commission after closing. Participating agents provide the local expertise, representation, communication, and transaction management that turn that interest into a successful purchase.
What participating agents may receive
Buyer opportunities
Property-specific inquiries can identify buyers who have already found a home, community, or market and are actively evaluating a purchase.
Consumer-facing tools
Mortgage, extra-payment, rent-versus-buy, and educational resources help buyers engage before they are ready to tour or write an offer.
Transparent positioning
The reward formula is explained up front, reducing confusion about why the buyer entered the program and what must happen for the benefit to be paid.
Participation expectations
- Maintain an active real estate license in every market served.
- Obtain brokerage approval before accepting program opportunities or promising a reward.
- Use written buyer agreements and explain services and compensation clearly.
- Respond promptly and communicate accurately with buyers and the program team.
- Respect existing agency relationships, builder registration rules, fair-housing requirements, and all applicable law.
- Provide full buyer representation rather than treating the reward as a substitute for service.
- Never conceal a reward from a lender, settlement agent, brokerage, or other party when disclosure is required.
- Protect buyer data and use it only for the authorized transaction and follow-up.
How applications are reviewed
The program may consider license status, brokerage, markets served, transaction experience, specialties, disciplinary information where available, responsiveness, buyer-service capacity, and whether the applicant’s business model can support the program offer. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, lead volume, exclusivity, or any particular geographic territory.
Apply to participate
Provide complete licensing and market information. The program team will follow up when the application fits a current or planned market need.
