About the Homebuyer Rewards Program

Why the program exists, what it is designed to do, and the principles that guide the buyer experience.

A consumer benefit built around transparency

The Homebuyer Rewards Program was created around a simple observation: buying a home involves substantial professional compensation, but many buyers do not understand how that compensation is arranged or whether part of it can be used to create a direct benefit for them. The program turns that question into a clear offer.

When a buyer qualifies and completes a purchase with a participating real estate professional, the buyer may receive 25% of the commission actually received by the participating brokerage, up to $5,000. The exact amount is property- and transaction-specific, which is why the program reviews the home rather than advertising an automatic reward based only on purchase price.

Our mission

Our mission is to make the homebuying process more understandable and more rewarding by combining transparent information, useful financial tools, and participating professionals who are prepared to serve buyers from the first serious property inquiry through closing.

The principles behind the program

Accuracy before hype

We would rather review the real property and compensation arrangement than display a large estimate based on assumptions the buyer cannot verify.

Representation still matters

A reward is not a substitute for competent advice, contract management, inspections, negotiation, communication, and transaction coordination.

Clear conditions

Availability, compensation, reward amount, payment method, and eligibility are disclosed as transaction-dependent instead of being presented as universal guarantees.

What the program is—and is not

The Homebuyer Rewards Program is a consumer-facing platform that connects eligible buyers with participating real estate professionals and provides educational tools. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, title company, insurance company, appraisal firm, home inspector, tax adviser, or law firm. Website content and calculator results are educational and do not replace advice from appropriately licensed professionals.

The identity of the licensed brokerage and agent responsible for real estate services will be disclosed in the buyer’s transaction documents. The program itself does not create an agency relationship merely because someone visits the website, uses a calculator, or submits a form.

Built to grow responsibly

Coverage depends on participating-agent availability and the legal and business requirements of each market. Rather than claiming universal coverage before it exists, the program reviews requests by location and expands through qualified participating professionals. Buyers can check a property through the reward request, and licensed professionals can apply through the agent participation page.
